Strengthen. Balance. Sweat. The Hot Power 60 minute class is designed to offer you the challenging yet mindful experience you expect on the mat. We focus on building core strength and internal heat while allowing the body to awaken with vinyasa flows, extended held postures and conscious breath work. Sequencing is dynamic, powerful and vigorous and the aim is to inspire and assist in charging your internal fire! Hot Power 60 will be in a heated room and encouraged for anyone who is looking to sweat with a smile!
